I have worked here at ECCO in various capacities since 1996 when I moved to Oakhurst from the LA area with my two children, Michelle and Michael, who still live at home with me. As Food Service Director it is my pleasure to plan the menus for our guests and over see the kitchen. One of my favorite things about working at ECCO is welcoming back old friends who return here year after year.
If I'm not in the kitchen I can often be found in my garden, crafting, hiking with my kids or cheering them on in one of the many sports they both play. Being blessed as we are to live in this beautiful area there is always plenty to keep us busy.
