Setting Up Your Conference Contract Contract Setup: If you are interested in booking a conference or retreat at ECCO, we suggest you contact us as early as possible, as our guests have been returning to ECCO for years, reserving their “same time, next year” dates. We will do our best to accommodate you, as well. Please email Guest Services Director, Melva Hale, ecco@sti.net if you have questions about availability, or are ready to book your group. Certificate of Insurance: Your organization will be required to submit a certificate of insurance naming ECCO as additional insured for the dates of the scheduled conference. If you do not have a source for the certificate of insurance, ECCO can provide you with information as to where one may be obtained. Requirements: Exclusive use of entire facility is possible with guarantee of a minimum of 90 people. Smaller groups may be required to share the facility. Retreat Options: We offer your group several retreat options such as day use, banquets, weekday, and weekend retreats. Room Check-in: 4:00 p.m. Room Check-out: 9:00 a.m. Payment: We request that your conference balance be paid in full prior to arrival. Cancellations: No later than 120 days prior to scheduled arrival date.
