Certificate of Insurance: Your organization will be required to submit a certificate of insurance naming ECCO as additional insured for the dates of the scheduled conference.
If you do not have a source for the certificate of insurance, you may obtain insurance through the TULIP (Tenant User Liability Insurance Program). Go to the following website: www.ebi-ins.com/tulip, enter the ECCO facility code, HHOW-003 , and follow the directions to get your quote and purchase the insurance, if you wish. If you need assistance or have a question, call 800-507-8414 and tell the operator you need help with the TULIP program.
Requirements: Exclusive use of entire facility is possible with guarantee of a minimum of 90 people. Smaller groups may be required to share the facility.
Retreat Options: We offer your group several retreat options such as day use, banquets, weekday, and weekend retreats.
Room Check-in: 4:00 p.m.
Room Check-out: 9:00 a.m.
Payment: We request that your conference balance be paid in full prior to arrival.
Cancellations: No later than 120 days prior to scheduled arrival date.

Contract Setup: If you are interested in booking a conference or retreat at ECCO, we suggest you contact us as early as possible, as our guests have been returning to ECCO for years, reserving their "same time, next year" dates.
