Our ECCO kitchen staff is dedicated to serving wholesome, delicious meals and is committed to making sure the only food complaint is that "it's too hard to resist."
Meals are normally served buffet-style in our spacious dining room. Each group will be seated together at reserved tables.
Typical menus may include the following:
- Breakfast - An ECCO breakfast main course may include French toast, waffles or pancakes accompanied by sausage or bacon. Standard items include eggs, hot/cold cereals, fruits, toast or muffins and yogurt. Breakfast is served at 8:00 a.m. daily.*
- Lunch - Lunch may include a sandwich bar or a hot entrée. These may be offered with a homemade soup of the day and salad bar, along with a dessert. Lunch is served at 12:00 noon daily.*
- Dinner - Dinner features a delicious main entrée of beef, chicken, fish or pasta, along with potatoes or rice, vegetables, salad bar, rolls and dessert. Dinner is served at 6:00 p.m. nightly.*
An assortment of beverages is available from our beverage bar. Fresh fruit is available at all meals.
*Any deviation from standard meal times requires the approval of ECCO's Food Service Director.
We ask our guests to bus their dishes to our dish-return area following meals.
Individual special dietary requests must be submitted in advance and reviewed with the Food Service Director. Sack lunches and banquets are available upon prior approval.
A soft-drink vending machine is located downstairs in Lyles Dining Hall outside Lower Lyles East meeting room for your convenience.
